What I Have Learned so Far

It goes without saying that this class has taught me a lot about different topics. Going into this class at the beginning of the semester, I honestly thought that I was pretty proficient in utilizing different digital tools. Along with this, I figured that I knew pretty much everything there was to know about proper online etiquette and how to handle myself on social media. After spending a couple months in this class, I can honestly say that I am amazed at how much I did not know about these different topics.

  

Every week when I log onto Schoology, I am truly excited to learn more. Each week, I know that the whatever the topic is, it is bound to be interesting and most likely, something I did not have much prior knowledge to. I love to connect with my classmates and learn more valuable information not only about these great online tools, but also the different ways each can be used in everyone's different fields.

There is certainly no denying that everything I have learned so far will undoubtedly help me in my future career. The one thing I would say that will help me in the future is all the things we have learned about social media. Social media and social media etiquette can be the difference of being successful or not. Connecting with people on social media and learning different things from people in your field can help take you to the next level professionally.

There is no question that this class has taught me and will continue to teach me many valuable things that I will be able to use in my future. A lot of times, classes you take will not be fulfilling and you might feel like doing the work is pointless. That is certainly not the case with this class. I have really enjoyed learning about all these topics and would definitely recommend this class to anyone!

Twitter Smackdown

Twitter is unquestionably an app that is used by the majority of people our age. It is truly a great tool for many different reasons. For the most part, everyone knows what Twitter is. For those who do not, essentially,  Twitter is a social networking tool that allows people from all across the world to connect and discuss different topics that are occurring. It is extremely useful for helping people feel more connected to your day to day life. Along with this, it is great for small or large businesses due to the fact that it provides a close feeling of companionship with the customer.
